one makes two

My sister picked up this vintage pillow slip on one of her op shop visits  and thought I would like it.  I liked it so much I wanted two.

I simply unpicked it, added some white quilt sheeting which I always have on hand. A quick sew and overlock around the edges and.......

Voila...... two brand new vintage pillow slips which go beautifully with my white and charcoal in the bedroom.

  3. OMG they are beautiful! I must go on a bit of hunt and see if I can find as beautiful vintage sheets as you do ( or should I say your sister ).

  4. This is brilliant...I have to pinch this idea. Why I never thought of it myself I don't know but I have a vintage pillowslip that I absolutely adore but sadly there was only the one and it's in perfect condition. One will become two very soon :)
